q. Is smoking allowed in the hotel?
       Most bedrooms are non-smoking. It is illegal to smoke in public places.
 
q. Do you take stag/hen parties?
   No
 
q. Do you let children stay?
   Yes, well behaved children are welcome. We have family rooms available, suitable for family of 3 or 4 or upto 6.
 
q. Do you have ground floor bedrooms? or is there a lift?
     All our bedrooms are on the 1st and 2nd floor. We do not have a lift.
 
q. What payment methods are there?
   Payment is required at time of booking.(either the full amount or a non-refundable deposit) You can pay either by debit/credit card which we can do over the phone. Or if you have a paypal account you can pay that way.
 
q. Is breakfast included in the price?
  We want to offer the lowest price possible,
and not everyone wants breakfast, so you can either pay for bed and breakfast OR you can pay a lower price for "room only" OR You can book "room only" and then pay for breakfasts if and when required.

q. Is the price for each person?
  No the price shown is the total for the rooms.
 
q. Do you have a car park?
   We do not have our own car park but there are public car parks just a couple of minutes walk away.  
 
q. Is the hotel close to to the railway station?
       Yes, just a couple of minutes walk away,
but make sure you get the correct station,
you need BLACKPOOL NORTH.
 
q. Is it close to the beach, Tower etc?
    Yes, VERY close to the beach, 1 minute walk. you can see the sea from outside our front door. the tower and other attractions are just a few minutes walk away.  Night life is just a few minutes walk away, so no taxi  fares to pay. The pleasure beach is just a tram ride away.
 
q. Do the rooms have ensuite bathrooms?
        Most rooms DO have private bathrooms, but we do also have a couple of rooms without. which we use during busy times. We will always let you know before you book.
 
q. Do you allow pets to stay?
        We do not encourage it, but  if you speak
to us first, we might be able to allow a quiet, well behaved pet to stay in your room with
you.
 
 
CANCELLATION POLICY
 
 For standard price bookings, there is a deposit payable when you book  and the balance payable on arrival. Deposits are usually non-refundable but if booking is cancelled 21 days (or more)  before arrival date, a refund can be made (subject to a £10 cancellation charge). If booking is cancelled with less than 21 days notice, the deposit is not refundable.   
 
 
 
Last minute bargains.We sometimes have rooms available at Special Super Saver rates, or last minute bargains.  For these amazing special offers, full payment is required at time of booking and cannot be refunded if booking cancelled.
